Privacy Policy
Overview
This Privacy Policy describes how Hawkeye (“we”, “us”) handles information in connection with the Hawkeye website, Hawkeye Community (open-source software), and Hawkeye Lab (subscription software).

This site is static documentation hosted on GitHub Pages. We do not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics on these pages. GitHub may process standard server logs as described in GitHub’s privacy statement.
If you email us, we receive your email address, message content, and any attachments you send.
Hawkeye Community
Hawkeye Community runs locally on your Windows machine. We do not receive telemetry from the
application by default. The !support command generates a local system report;
that report is sent to us only if you choose to email it.
Hawkeye Lab — subscriptions and licensing
Hawkeye Lab subscriptions and payments are processed by Creem, our Merchant of Record. Creem collects payment information needed to complete your purchase. See Creem’s privacy policy for how they handle payment data.
When you activate Hawkeye Lab, the application sends your license key and a machine identifier to our license service so Creem can bind the license to your device. We do not use this for advertising.

- Improve the product and fix issues
- Meet legal and compliance obligations
Retention and security
We keep support email and license-related records only as long as needed for support, subscription administration, and license management. License API keys and signing material are stored on server-side infrastructure, not in client applications.
Your choices
You may request access to or deletion of support correspondence by emailing hawkeye18485@gmail.com. Subscription changes and cancellations for Hawkeye Lab are handled through links in your Creem receipt or subscription email. If you cannot find that email, contact hawkeye18485@gmail.com.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do.
