Agreement

By using the Hawkeye website, downloading Hawkeye Community, purchasing or using Hawkeye Lab, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the software or services.

Authorized use only

Hawkeye is a research console for authorized security research and administration. Use it only on systems you own or are explicitly authorized to administer. Do not use it against third-party software, games, or production systems without authorization.

Hawkeye Community

Hawkeye Community is open-source software licensed under GPL-3.0-or-later. Your use, modification, and distribution of Community source code are governed by the GPL. See the LICENSE in the Community repository.

Community is provided for research and learning. It requires Administrator privileges and loads a test-signed kernel driver; you are responsible for compliance with local laws and system policies.

Hawkeye Lab

Hawkeye Lab is a separate subscription product built on the same console foundation. Subscriptions, checkout, taxes, and payment processing for Lab are handled by Creem, the Merchant of Record. Creem’s terms apply to payment and checkout in addition to these Terms.

Lab targets a comparable host runtime to Hawkeye Community — elevated Windows, live kernel introspection, and the same compatibility expectations Community exercises during setup. We recommend confirming that Community reaches Driver OK on your system before subscribing. That check helps you verify compatibility before you subscribe; it does not guarantee Lab will run or activate on that PC.

A Lab license is personal to the purchaser, subject to device activation limits enforced through our license service. Do not share license keys. We may suspend or revoke licenses for abuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.

Cancellations

You may cancel a Lab subscription at any time using the link in your Creem receipt or subscription email. Cancellation stops future charges at the end of the current paid period unless Creem processes an immediate cancellation under Creem’s policies. If you cannot find that email, contact hawkeye18485@gmail.com with the address you used at checkout.

Disclaimer

Hawkeye is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. Detection and analysis output is a first look for research and triage, not a final verdict. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every Windows build, or that the driver will load on every system configuration.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hawkeye and its contributors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the software, including data loss, system instability, or business interruption.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after the “Last updated” date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
